1. Service Overview
Book Online Taxi provides intercity and local taxi booking services and Outstations taxi services through our website, phone support, and partner drivers. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate personal and travel information
- You are 18 years or older
- You will not engage in misuse of the service or harmful behavior toward drivers, vehicles, or company representatives
Incorrect information may lead to cancellation without refund.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Pricing depends on vehicle type, route, tolls, state tax, hills charges, and travel details
- Parking charges, toll tax, border tax, and night charges may apply as per actuals (if not included in the quote)
- Extra kilometers beyond the agreed limit will be charged per km rate of the chosen cab
- Waiting charges may apply in case of long halts
- Payment must be made as per booking communication — partially or fully in advance
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- Trip details are shared and agreed upon
- Advance payment is received (if applicable)
- Pickup time and location are clearly provided
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
5. Amendments & Cancellations
- Changes in travel plan are subject to cab availability
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing and booking terms
- No-show by the customer may result in full charge deduction

6. Passenger Safety & Conduct
Passengers must:
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Avoid alcohol, smoking, or illegal activities inside the vehicle
- Respect the driver and maintain cleanliness
Any damage to vehicle property due to passenger negligence will be chargeable.
7. Driver Rights
The driver may refuse or discontinue a trip if:
- The customer engages in unsafe or unlawful behavior
- Road/weather conditions make the route dangerous
- Beyond approved travel zones without prior confirmation
8. Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their luggage.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property left in the vehicle.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or government restrictions
- Losses due to breakdowns or unavoidable incidents
- Route changes enforced by local authorities or natural conditions
However, we ensure quick assistance in case of any road issues.
10. Third-Party Drivers & Partners
Some rides may be fulfilled by trusted partner operators.
In such cases, specific terms of the partner may also apply.
